Privacy Policy
ReStory Wiki is an independent fan-made guide site. It is not affiliated with Mandragora, tinyBuild, Valve, or Atari.

Analytics data we collect
Google Analytics remains blocked unless you explicitly accept analytics cookies. If accepted, it may process page views and interaction events, approximate location, browser and device information, and first-party identifiers so we can understand aggregate site usage.
We use this information only to measure audiences and improve the guides. Google provides the analytics service and processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
After consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies. Their default lifetime is two years, subject to browser and Analytics property settings.
We store your accepted or declined choice in essential local storage so the site can remember it. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer; withdrawing also removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site.
External services
Links to Steam, SteamDB, Discord, social platforms, and other external sites are governed by those services' own privacy policies. ReStory Wiki does not control their data practices.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the site or its analytics setup changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Advertising
This site automatically loads Adsterra native and banner advertisements when you visit. The ad service and its partners may receive your IP address, page URL, browser and device information, and may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement and personalization.
Cookie Settings controls Google Analytics only; declining analytics does not disable advertising. You can manage third-party cookies through your browser settings. We cannot directly delete cookies stored on another domain.
