ReStory Devices List

This ReStory devices list names the models with public repair records on November 1, 2026, including the Fuzzby update, and the Jaguar announcement.

This ReStory devices list answers which models have a published repair record, and in which version that record exists. The public wiki index checked on November 1, 2026 has assembly tables for 31 devices. Fuzzby and the original Nony PlayMachine Controller were added in the free update announced on October 27, 2026. The December 9, 2025 tinyBuild announcement also names the Atari Jaguar, but that wiki index has no Jaguar parts table.

Open a model below for the disassembly order, parts, tools, and pitfalls. Prices and screw counts on those pages are the wiki figures from that check, not a promise that a later patch left them unchanged.

Atari names by source

The December 9, 2025 publisher announcement says the licensed consoles include the Atari 2600, the Jaguar, and more. The current repair records are the Atari 2600, Atari Lynx, and Atari CX40. The Jaguar page explains why it stops there. Atari 2800 and Atari 800 do not have a parts table in the same wiki index, so they are not listed as current repair jobs.

Developers described the CX40 as a simplified in-game object: four screws, a board, the stick, upper and lower shells, a red button, and a power cable. That description matches the CX40 table, where the front panel carries the four screws. It is not a real-world service manual. The Atari overview keeps the license context separate from each teardown.

Names that differ across sources

Use the spelling on the repair page when you search the parts shop. The wiki uses Pokia Njoy, Autorolla, and Mapple Mypod. Older notes and patch text have also written Pokia N-Joy, Autorola, and MyPod. Nony PMP is the current wiki name; earlier material also mentioned a Nony PNP spelling. The PlayMachine Controller is not the Nony PlayMachine console. Each has its own license and its own page.

Fictional brands stay fictional. Pokia, Nony, Autorolla, Eggotchi, Patento, Palaloid, and the other names above are in-game labels. Only the Atari models are described by the publisher as licensed hardware.

What changed by version

Launch coverage already included consoles, phones, cameras, music players, and a wider bench of nostalgic devices. The October 27, 2026 Fuzzby update is the dated point when Fuzzby and the original PlayMachine Controller were announced as new devices. The same notes added graphics presets, controller options, and a separate beta branch for some story-progression saves. See how long to beat, system requirements, and story not progressing for those topics.

Assembly contests use the default part order for each model. The Akiba Championship lists entry fees, rewards, and the initial best times, including Fuzzby and the PlayMachine Controller. Cleaning, firmware, and paint are shared tools rather than separate devices: ultrasonic cleaner, hacking and firmware, and painting.
